This portal enables you to apply to the Secretary of State for Education for consent for, or notification of, a transaction involving school land. Please refer to the school land transactions guidance Submit a school land transaction proposal - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) to find out if the proposed land transaction requires consent, notification or is covered by a GCO.
